Initial appointment of 1 hour: £120

55 minutes follow up of £95.00

35 minutes follow up: £65.00

Professional Letters: There is a £25 charge for all letters written on behalf of a patient to a third party such as a consultant, GP or other healthcare practitioner.

BOOKING, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY:

Payment for each appointment is taken in full on booking the appointment. If the appointment needs to be changed, 72 hours’ notice is required. The payment can then be carried over to cover the new appointment. However, if a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the appointment this will not be refunded or carried over.  A new booking payment will be taken in full. If during an episode of care a patient, no longer wishes to continue treatment but an appointment has been booked a £25 administration fee will be taken & the outstanding balance refunded in full.

NOTE: There will be a booking fee of £20.00 which will be deducted from the cost of the appointment following attendance
