During this time when I can no longer see patients face to face, I am offering 'Remote Consultations'. Social- Distancing and Self-Quarantining can make us all feel isolated and on 'our own' with our health issues. Also, during this pandemic we may feel other health concerns aren't important, despite their impact on our quality of life. If you are looking for help with a Pelvic Health issue, such as bladder or bowel control, feelings of a pelvic organ prolapse (POP), pelvic girdle pain (PGP) in pregnancy or an associated problem, Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapy may be for you!

I am offering an 1hour slot where we will use Zoom Video to talk through your problems. I will then explain, with the help of models and diagrams the nature of your symptoms and give advice and exercise prescription specific to you to start you on your journey to better pelvic health. Following this session, we will then schedule a follow up appointment of 1/2 hour to review how you are doing, make any necessary adjustments and continue to support you with your pelvic health physiotherapy.
